visit to district and session court Jaipur,
First Year Students of Faculty of Law & Governance visited district and session court Jaipur on date 20 October 2021, Under the Academic /Historical visit program.
They had an experience of the working and procedure of the court. The students also had an interactive session with the sitting Judge of Jaipur Session Court (Metropolitial City Judge) Jaipur Mahanagar first . They were also given guidance by the practicing lawyers in the court (Senior Adv Mr. Ravi Prakash). Sushma Preekh ji of Akhil Bharatiya Rashtriya Sanghatan Manch avum Pradesha Adhyaksh of Akhil Bharatiya Sanyukt Adhivakta Parishad also introduced them to the nitty gritties of the working of this saang . The lawyers also gave an insight of the working of the court in the arena of NI Act and Succession Act. Also, visited Court No. 141,146, 139, 136,127. Gajraj Singh Ji Rajawat, who is the Jila bar Association Mahasachiv guided the senior students regarding the importance of bar registration and also the procedure for doing so.
The team left the court at lunch time and reached the Albert Hall Museum. The students saw the heritage of the Rajasthan. There were also a lot of fossils that the students were intrigued about. They saw the rich pottery heritage of the state and the artistry of clay that is very popular. There were also some weapons of the time of Mahabharata which the students particularly enjoyed. Also saw the preservation methods of the mummies in the museum.
