14 Hours (Two Days) Faculty Development Program (FDP) in the blended mode on the Topic “Emergent Research Methodology and IPR” was successfully concluded at Jayoti Vidyapeeth Womens University Jaipur from 26-27 October, 2021. All the faculty members and Research Scholar of the University enthusiastically participated in the Research & IPR based FDP Program.
On the first Day, Mr. Manoj Meena, Deputy Director, Law College, University of Rajasthan gave his presentation on the topic of “Overview of Intellectual Property Rights in India and their importance for Academic Research”. Additionally the key experts of the University Prof. (Dr. )Shobha Lal, Prof. (Dr.)Pramod.K.Raghav, Dr. Dharmendra Ahuja, Dr. Mini Amit Arrawatia, Dr. Beena Diwan along with Ms. Tanushri Sahni and Dr. Suman discussed about emergent Research methods such as “Sampling and Inference ”, “Referencing and Citation”, “Protection of Invention- Patenting”, “Recent Advancements in Research Publications Indexing Guidelines” and Intellectual Property Rights”
On the Second Day of the event, Key Speaker, Prof (Dr.) I. C Gupta, Professor Emeritus, Oriental University, India gave overview on the topic of Communication and Qualitative Research and Managing Hicupps In Doing Ph.D. Thereafter, Presentation and Interactive session held with Prof (Dr.) R K. Jain, Dean Research Oriental University Indore on the topic of “Plagiarism and Citation, Literature Review and how to identify Research Gaps then Dr. Mayank Baranwal, Department of Law, University of Rajasthan gave presentation on the topic of “Legal Facts on Intellectual Property Rights”
The faculty members actively participated in the program with great interest and the session made a stamping impression in the minds of the scholars. The faculty members got their queries and doubts solved during the session. The event was a very useful and thought-provoking for all the participants to interact themselves in to the professional requirements.
At the Valedictory Session all Dean, Directors and Faculty members gave their feedback and also extend their gratitude to the University Management for organizing such kind of knowledge enhancing activities. Appreciation Certificates and participation certificate were awarded to all the speakers and participants.
The session had question, answer session also. The participants asked relevant questions and got answers from the resource person. The Honble Advisor & CEO JVn Vedant Garg Sir thanked all the resource persons and appreciate the presence of all faculty members for their active participation in the event .He further assured that he would continue arranging this kind of programs for the benefit of the employees and research scholars.
